Fiona Miles

Lead Specialist Paediatric Physiotherapist MCSP | HCPC Registered

With over 20 years’ experience in paediatric neurology and orthopaedics, Fiona is dedicated to empowering children through innovative, evidence-based therapy. Since specialising in 2000, she has built a strong reputation across the West Midlands for combining deep clinical knowledge with a warm, child-centred approach.

Fiona believes therapy should be as engaging as it is effective. She supports children aged 0–16 with a wide range of needs, including cerebral palsy, developmental delay, post-surgical rehabilitation and neuromuscular conditions.

A champion of modern rehabilitation, Fiona has particular expertise in Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) and Turtle Bracing. She recommends these approaches because they move beyond “passive” support and help children develop an “active spark” for easier, more natural movement.

Whether helping a toddler reach a new milestone or guiding a teenager through post-operative rehab, Fiona’s focus is the same: building confidence and independence through movement.
